- I grew up unhappy and overweight but stumbled upon Slim in 6 at the lowest point in my life. After losing 12 lbs in ONE WEEK, I continued on and ended up losing 23 lbs in 6 weeks. I began trying other Beachbody products and have since lost over 100 lbs and was named the July 2007 $10,000 Success Story!!!!
I am now a GOLD certified Turbo Kick instructor, and prior to our move, served as the Health and Fitness Ministry leader for my church, and a fitness instructor at our local college. Currently, I'm leading a Fitness Growth Group at our new church.
I am so excited to be helping others realize that they CAN make these same changes in their lives.
I don't even recognize the person in my before pictures anymore because that's just not me. The past three years has been a journey where every single step has taught me something about myself...NOTHING is impossible if you keep your eyes on your goals.
I now KNOW that I can accomplish ANYTHING!!!!! I want to help YOU realize the same about yourself!!! :)
